We do hope that you'll love your new purchase but we fully understand that refunds and exchanges may be necessary, and we are here to ensure the process is as simple as possible for you.
We check all orders before being shipped to minimise any defects upon receipt, however there may still be the odd occasion where slight defects slip past us, so please be patient and work with us to help make the process to rectify your problem as quick and easy as possible.
Any orders sent out that are deemed to be faulty on receipt may be returned for a full refund including return postage. Customers must contact us when goods are received and detail the defect before returning their order.
Any order sent back as being faulty and upon testing is in perfect working order will be returned to the customer at their expense.
We offer a 30 day returns policy where you are able to return your order if not completely satisfied for a full refund. To initiate a return please contact us by email, with your order number and we can start the process for you.
Returns and exchanges are only accepted on merchandise within 30 days of receipt for items that have not been worn, amended, altered and complete with all tags still attached and warranty cards and booklets intact, where applicable. Any orders sent back in any other condition will be returned to the customer at their expense.
