Why are your prices so low?

Goldbar Jewellers delivers many watches to customers every day in an efficient manner, enabling us to offer special offers and exclusives lines. 

What if I order a watch and I don't like it?

We operate a full 30 days refund policy, where if you change your mind on any purchase you can return it to us within 30 days of your receipt, for a full refund. All we

ask is that the watch is returned to us unworn and in the same condition in which we sent it to you and with the box and guarantee still in tact.

Are batteries included in the watches?

Yes, brand new batteries are included in all watches. These are fitted at the factory by the manufacturer - your watch is ready to wear as soon as you receive it.

Do your watches come in boxes?

Yes, all of our watches are sold in the official packaging from the manufacturer.  We do not sell loose, unpackaged watches.

Do your watches have a guarantee?

Yes, all of our watches have a full manufacturer’s guarantee. 

What security measures do you have to keep my credit card details safe?

All of our credit card transactions are processed via Barclaycard or Paypal.  We do not store any of your credit card details. Your payment is processed securely over our payment system and no one is able to view any of your sensitive details. Our site is regularly tested to ensure PCI compliance.

How do you ship the items?

We ship our items by Royal Mail. Next day delivery is available on all orders and this method of delivery is fully insured. Certain items under £60 are sent by Royal Mail First Class Delivery by default, however you can always upgrade to Special Delivery in the checkout. 

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free of charge for all orders within the UK. Delivery to international locations is calculated in the checkout.
